The following types of works are planned for the period June - August 2021:

4.5 cascades:
- June-August: monolithic works up to the 12th floor;
- June-August: brickwork to the 6th floor.

6.7 cascades:
- June-August: monolithic works up to the 10th floor;
- August: the beginning of brickwork.

1,2,3,8,9 cascades, parking:
- June-August: monolithic works up to the 6th floor of 8, 9 cascades;
- June-August: monolithic works up to the 3rd floor 1, 2 cascades.
