Progress update on the construction of FJ&Oslash;RD residential complex over the past month:

We continue the construction of the FJORD residential complex and eagerly await the opportunity to share updates on the progress of the project. In the past month, we have accomplished the following:
The installation of REHAU window systems on the 4th and 6th floors of the 5th, 6th, and 7th sections has been completed. Window installation is ongoing on the 7th and 8th floors.
Monolithic works are being carried out on the 19th and 20th floors of the 4th and 5th sections.
Engineering works for the installation of the electrical network are in progress in the 4th and 5th sections.
Works on hydro-isolation in the underground parking on the -2nd and -1st levels of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th sections are being conducted.
Wall masonry works on the 8th and 11th floors of the 4th and 5th sections are ongoing.

Results for October

<li>Arranged a pile field on cascades 6 and 7.</li>
<li>Finished the preparation of test pile bushes on cascades 2, 3 and 8.</li>
<li>We continue to work with the pile field on cascades 2, 3, 8 and 9.</li>
<li>We carry out works on the device of concrete preparation under the base on cascades 5 and 7.</li>
<li>Reinforcement works have been started, as well as concreting of vertical and horizontal elements of the 3rd floor on the 4th and 6th stages.</li>
</ul>

The following volume of works was performed in September:
<ul>
<li>completed the arrangement of the pile field in the 4th, 5th and 7th sections, similar work continues in the 6th section;</li>
<li>completed concrete preparation in the 4th and 6th sections, similar works continue in the 5th and 7th sections;</li>
<li>install test pile bushes in the 2nd, 3rd and 8th sections</li>
</ul>

FJ&Oslash;RD construction progress in August
<ul>
<li>Tower cranes were installed on the construction sites of the fourth and sixth FJORD cascades.</li>
<li>Completed the installation of a pile field on the fourth cascade.</li>
<li>The work on the arrangement of the pile field on the sixth and fifth cascades is nearing completion.</li>
</ul>

FJ&Oslash;RD construction progress in July
<ul>
<li>The works are going according to plan and in full swing. We set up a cauldron and experimental pile bushes. They also managed to test them for static load - the tests were successful. Piles of a retaining wall were arranged on the site around the perimeter of the pit.</li>
